That may be that characters definition of a hero, but the definition of a Big Damn Hero is someone that saves another. Someone that gives to someone that needs. The Firefly/Serenity fans that call themselves Browncoats have been exceptional at giving of themselves. The Browncoats pattern thamselves after the actors of the show and movie, Big Damn Heroes in their own right. The Big Damn Heroes of Firefly and Serenity are the Actors and behind-the-scenes people that give of themselves to support worthy charities. Be a Big Damn Hero and support these charities.
